Meals

It has been organised so that everyone attending the school has the opportunity to eat together, a great chance to discuss matters of the day, sing the occasional song or play a tune round the table.

Lunches

These have been organised at the beautiful Ricardo's Trattoria, which has stunning views of the mountains from one of the most beautiful balconies anywhere.

Hosted by the lovely Scots Italian Adele and her husband Ricardo.

    Alternatively students can go to a very good local bakery where a small lunch can be had for €5.

    Dinner

    These have been organised in The Osteria which is in the heart of The Old Town in Piazza Angelio, one of the most beautiful piazzas in the world. Hosted by the wonderful and welcoming Ricardo Negri who takes a pride in all things culinary.

    Two courses, wine, water and coffee for €15.

    Classes and Timetable

    There will be four teaching sessions per day

  • Class 1: 9.30 to 10.30
    Coffee: 10.30 to 11.00
  • Class 2: 11.00 to 12.00
    Lunch: 12.00 to 14.00
  • Class 3: 14.15 to 15.00
    Tea: 15.00 to 15.30
  • Class 4: 15.30 to 16.15

    A Short Talk by a member of staff will take place every day from 16.15 to 16.30

    Free time between 16.30 and 20.00 when students can relax, sleep, practice, partake of aperativos or take advantage of walking in the beautiful surrounding countryside.

    Dinner will be at 20.00.

    Accommodation

    Dormitory style accommodation as been organised for those students on a budget at €5 per night. This is in The Convent School. - N.B. There are only 30 places
