Although our moves to our recent venues have been very successful, they come after a period of difficulty with venues. This follows the problems we experienced when Glaisnock House was declared a 'dangerous building' after we discovered serious safety issues during our occupancy. This put a severe financial and logistical strain on the organisation and we still have some outstanding financial obligations to tutors.

There is a huge amount of determination to continue to develop the Summer Schools, but we will require some significant fundraising activities so that we can honour obligations to our tutors and to put the Summer Schools onto a firm footing.
