Welcome

'Living Tradition Summer Schools' is a modern style of event using the highest quality of traditional arts teaching combined with public performance to provide opportunities for participation and learning at all levels. The workshops will offer a quality learning experience and bring international masters of the folk arts to Scotland. The ‘arts workshops’ will be strongly based on the traditional arts – music, song, dance and storytelling – but will also include other art and craft activities, tutors and students from relevant local projects.
